[JDEV] JabberCentral Downtime

Sorry guys, it seems the ISP where the box is co-located switched backbones ahead of schedule.  The plan was to move it off to another box while this was in progress, but since nobody seemed to have been notified, this didn't happen.  I'm not sure how much longer it will be down, but I'll let you know when it comes back up.
