[JDEV] Firewall & Transports

Are you talking about having your server behind your firewall and
enabling the transports to communicate outside to those other services?
There are certain additional ports you'll need to open (unless specified
differently in the jabber.xml config file):

7009 for AIM Transport

9001 for Yahoo Transport

something between 2000 and 3000 for ICQ Transport (your range can be
smaller, see jabber.xml)

Not sure about MSN, but you've got it working...
