[JDEV] encryption support?

Well..it looks interesting. I think that temas would be a good
person to take it from here as he is the lead in the Security
JIG. 

I am a little worried about using W3C standards for anything beyond
basic XML simply due to the fact that they inevitably over-design
stuff (of late, anyways). Of course, that's a completely biased
opinion. :)

Of note, your approach should work fine for sending encrypted stuff;
the server shouldn't even touch anything inside the packet. It would
probably be most helpful to develop a working prototype to demonstrate
the usefulness and applicability of this approach. It's certainly
preferable to using public-key encryption for every freakin' message.

It's an excellent start. :)
