[JDEV] encryption support?

I'm sure it's not lack of interest, but that most people on this list 
are mostly about getting jabber server working with client or 
particular transport.

if you want to talk to the core jabber server team including jer, it's 
best to try the jdev group on the jabber.org server.

Or to get a working implementation going in your own client.
