[JDEV] Good jabber client needed (was: Response to Jer's Article)

I'm planning a QT-based client, portable between Linux/Unix and Win32,
along with embedded use. QT doesn't yet support Mac, but does support
just about everything else.
More details when I actually have time to get a base running.
