[JDEV] jabber TODO list

I'm working on (with the aid of others) a /dev/poll session manager.  We're
going to be needing this on jabber.org real soon, so it will probalby be
bundled with or before 1.4.1.  The core of the server cannot move away from
an internal select until pth does, or we move to the 2.0 codebase.
