[JDEV] Jabber for browse platform

Right now we don't really have any web-based clients. Once the web/http
client service is up and running (a replacement for the svc_http that
works with the 1.4 server), web client development can begin. However,
I'm not sure of the exact status of Jer's hacking efforts on this one...
