[JDEV] jabber:iq:register - how to remove registration?

Hi,

When sending a jabber:iq:register <remove/> tag, the transport seems to drop
only for the current session - showing up in future sessions.  I'm testing
with AIM mostly.

The docs say "The remove/ flag will remove the account."   What's the proper
way to do this permanently?
