ICQ transport (was RE: [JDEV] msn-transport error)

My bad; I was using the wrong UIN and of course ICQ is UDP. Using the
correct UIN has produced a successful connect and I can now do ICQ
through my Jabber server. Boy do I feel stupid. Perhaps a better error
message might be a good idea though?

Also, where can I find an example MSN transport config file? I've pulled
the source from CVS and it compiles fine, but I'm not sure how to
configure it.
