ICQ transport (was RE: [JDEV] msn-transport error)

I've pulled a copy to try with 1.4pre2 from CVS about an hour ago.
Compiles fine, runs fine. However I can't seem to register my ICQ UIN.
The debug output gives an error of:

Fri Jan 26 16:03:06 2001  utils.c:392 test_v5_server: packet must be at
least 21 bytes long, but is only 16

and sends back <error code='406'>Not Acceptable</error>.

This seems to be slightly misleading - I think the problem is that it
can't actually connect to 205.188.153.104 (the hard coded ICQ server) -
I certainly can't via telnet.
