[JDEV] email and jabber

There is an SMTP transport in CVS (grab it at http://download.jabber.org/cvs/) but it hasn't been updated since March so I have no idea if it work with the new server.  I used it briefly many months ago and it worked fine.  At the moment, the transport itself acts as the SMTP server but there was a suggestion in the docs that it could be modified so it could be called by another SMTP server and passed messages as appropriate.
