[JDEV] Help to install icq-transport

Help me please, I can't install  icq-transport on my jabber server. All
packets from your server (CVS and icq-transport.tgz) are not work propertly.
There is some problems with  "make" on Unix. If it is not a problem, please,
attach me archive with icq-transport and some instructions about installing.
