[JDEV] Server without involving jabber.org?

OK, that fixed the dns error, but I still see (in debug mode) a lot of
communications or attempts with jabber.org or jsm at jabber.org. My
desire is to start a completely self-contained server that allows
2 clients to talk to each other. What do I have to remove to
eliminate the jabber.org communications, and will anything still
work afterwards? I asume I do not jsut blindly remove all
the modules.
