[JDEV] IRC Transport

I have installed and started the IRC transport on my jserver, but when I try
to join a group #jabber%irc.linux.com, I get an "Invalid Groupchat Protocol"
error.

My irc_trans.xml file is pointing to irc.jabber.org, and my agent tag in
jserver.xml is as follows:

    <agent jid="irc.jabber.org">
      <description>Allows Jabber users to communicate with IRC servers and
users</description>
      <name>IRC Gateway</name>
      <agents/>
      <service>irc</service> <!-- not completely defined -->
      <groupchat/>
    </agent>

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
