[JDEV] Icq- transport

Hi All, I am having problems in registering  my jabber account with ICQ 
transport. Even though the registration process goes smooth with out any 
problem. I am not getting the subscription from the transport and also I 
could not send messages to others on icq. I have pasted the xml generated 
below. If you notice, I have not used the from address when requesting the 
icq transport for key.( The transport was not returning the key whenever I 
include the from address).  Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
