[JDEV] Jabber hits 10k

I've started putting together documentation of the 1.2 architecture. I'm parking
the doc temporarily on my site at
http://www.saint-andre.com/jabber/uml/architecture.html -- but I still need to
add a lot of detail and it doesn't cover everything related to the TXP
multiplexer etc etc.
