Is there a doc or website that explains the basic architecture of this?

Is there a way to use or simulate a tcp multiplexer under Windows?

you'll see that jabber has hit a new milestone 10,000 connected users
messaging and everything.  Note, this is in a simulated environment, this is
not on jabber.org or jabber.com actually, but it does show the potential.
What
is even more amazing about this setup is that the 10,000 users are all
connected back to the jabber system through 1 (that's right 1!!) socket.
This
is achieved through a tcp multiplexer I've been working on.

Just wanted to share my excitement with everyone.  Watch for a 1.2 release
in
the near future.
