      Well we are having around 2 million register users . ,so I am
assuming that 
  in worst case  1 million would be online .
     I also agree with U that I need to set up some sort of
sub-domains 
one centralize authentication server and 9-10 jabber slave servers on
different m/c .
but I don't know how to configure it .have U have any idea of such
distributed setup
of jabber ??
