1) while you could use this so that other people would not need to
authenticate against you at the new host, this would not help in
authenticating you with them at the new host - any automation of this on
the server with a 'roster transfer' feature would really destroy any sense
of security we may have been shooting for
2) people will not have your new address on there list, they will only
have your old address - so other people will need to have their rosters
changed to have you at the new address -again a really bad idea to do
automatically (very risky behavior security-wise).
3) transports are stored as jid's dependant on the transport server - so
moving over to jabber.com from jabber.org, you would still have your users
from ICQ being 8675329 at icq.jabber.org, and would not use the new transport
server. There isn't really a waay to transfer these addresses between
users currently, since there is both an initial registration (with ICQ or
whatever) and a translation of service addresses required.
