[JDEV] urgent

Hi all,

        I am working in a Internet-based project. In the project, we are

developing an Instant Messaging client using Jabber Server in Visual
C++.
         My client is  able to register new user for jabber server.
       It's entry gets added into the file (mod_basic_users.xml)
       where all userids and passwords are  stored.

      But I am facing following problems.

   1. To change password of user

   2. To delete the userid and password of user


     I have tried many times but i am not able to do it.
     Is this facility available in Jabber Server?
     If anyone knows about it, please help me.
