[JDEV] Jabber and H.323

I've been reading through the documentation on jabber.org and saw
mention that by adding transports to the jserver it should be possible
to use Jabber for audio and video conferencing, and that this is a
long-term goal.  Is there currently any project underway to write an
H.323-compliant transport?
