[JDEV] Napster 'transport'

Thanks for the address. I have been on a list headed up by "Dr. Scholl" for
the past couple of months, he has headed up the effort to reverse engineer
the Napster protocol. I believe it is is a bit more comprehensive than
David Weekly's efforts, but still good nonetheless.
