[JDEV] ActiveX: HearMe and Yahoo Using Jabber?

Hello,

Today I was working in Visual C++ and I was inserting a few ActiveX
controls, and I accidently inserted the "Hearme VoicePresence SDK".

Guess what ID it was assigned -- IDC_JABBERAUDIOCTRL

Does this mean that the HearMe System uses Jabber?

On down the list I also noticed these 2 controls install on my system:

Jabber Audio Client Control
Jabber VU Meter Control

Those 2 above were installed by Yahoo Messanger.

What's happening here -- are all these *very* popular messaging systems
using Jabber?

If so, how is it that Yahoo only chooses 1 of the participating clients --
the fastest -- as the server (a scenario I prefer) but then in my questions
earlier, Jeremie and others said that it is not possible to have Jabber in a
Client-Client situation.

This is all very interesting to me.
