  Wouldn't need to.  Just have some sort of setting in etherx that states all 
outgoing streams should be forwarded to the outside etherx..

  The outside etherx would handle transfering the streams to where they would 
need to go, and the inside etherx would forward ALL data for it to take care 
of..
