Well, that's certaintly something to look at.. I'll try to verify the bug
myself.  and if it's there i will add a bug report temporarily... I say
temporarily, because i know that that section of code is on the drawing
board for a major update.. :) so that receiving a subscription presence is
based on whether you asked for your roster or not.
