[JDEV] Getting an account

Alright, getting the account was easy enough.  Now where do I find the
Jabber protocol so I can begin work on the backend of the client?  I've
heard there's a Gtk+ client already in existence, but the link from
jabber.org gets me a nice Error 404, page not found.  Thanks again, and
hope to be coding soon :)
