[JDEV] Getting an account

Hello,

  I was looking on jabber.org, but did not find a place to acquire an
account on jabber.  I'm interested in helping with development, primarily
of a GNOME-based client, but can also help answer questions about the ICQ
protocol, as I authored GnomeICU, a v5 based ICQ client that also supports
chat, file transfer, etc.
