[JDEV] SOCKSifying jabber client

The tcl/tk client, zABBER was SOCKSified in version 0.6, but the current
version, 0.8 is a complete rewrite, but it'll be SOCKSified too, but not yet.
(zABBER uses SOCKS5, because, SOCKS4 needs host resolving done on the client
side)
AFAIK, other clients will have proxy support too.
