[JDEV] Problem with sending URL to ICQ-t

When I use WinJab to send the following URL message, I receive the URL with
an underscore added to it:

"www.cnn.com_"

<message id="JCOM_23" to="3695171 at icq.hotjabber.com"><x
xmlns="jabber:x:oob"><url>www.cnn.com</url><desc>www.cnn.com</desc></x><body
>This message has an embedded URL: www.cnn.com</body></message>

Why is this happening?
