[JDEV] server error

Hi 
i have the following problem
i run jabber server on linux mandrake 7.2

when i use local ethernet IP address for machine everyting fine
when i change it to IP accessable from outside i get the following error:

to server: 
' xmlns='jabber:client' xmlns:stream='http://etherx.jabber.org/streams'>

from server:  
<?xml version='1.0'?>
<stream:stream xmlns:stream='http://etherx.jabber.org/streams' id='3A49DE88'>
<stream:error>This server is not the one in your to attribute.</stream:error>
</stream:stream>  

P.S where i can download working ICQ transport?
