[JDEV] etherx error

Whenever I try to register with the icq-transport on my jabber server the 
registration widow comes up empty and I get the following error message in my 
jabber log
warn/etherxd remote server icq.randomfactor.net sent XML Stream error 'Unable 
to locate server/namespace.
Can anyone tell me what the cause of this is?
