This is a example session....try this sequence !!
for logging in :
http://server:5280/session.html?user=foo&pass=bar
this will give a session id !! copy it !!
for sending message :
http://server:5280/message.html?sid=<the copied session
id>&to=username at server&subject=subj&body=message
checkout !!
