[JDEV] Transferring from jabber.com to jabber.org

Another quick 2 cents... Could a PAM like arrangement of plugins provide
better flexability as an addition/evolution of mod_filter?  It seems
that XML is limiting search/filter type operations.

i should stress that i might be quite ignorant but unfortunatly i don't
know when to keep quiet :)
