By the way, do you know that you can compile Tcl/Tk into .exe files?
I use a tool called "mktclapp" to convert Tcl code to C code (it uses
Tcl lib), allows you to combine C/Tcl/Tk (you can call C procs from
Tcl code), and it's compilable with "ggc" (CYG-WIN).
But anyway, CYG-Win's TK doesn't support windowing as good as "wish"
under windows.
P.S: Tcl/Tk is compilable with any C compiler including Visual C.
Original "wish80.exe" is compiled with Visual C++. Visual C++
libs come along with a standart TK installation. (See the
readme.txt file of Tk)
