[JDEV] CVS modules unknown

Each team manages their own, so they should publish the names.  To get
checkin access, of course you need to contact the team admins, but for
everything else anoncvs/anoncvs should work, assuming you know the name :)

I'll post a list on the team sites tonight, but for now that would be
"jlib", "docs.jabber.org", and "jabber-transport".
