[JDEV] CVS modules unknown

I don't know about anyone else, but I find using our CVS a bit difficult.
Since the CVS doesn't allow "cvs co -c" we should have a published list
somewhere of the module names available in the CVS. Either a central one,
or each team should have its own list.

Specifically, the ones that interest me right now are Jlib, docs and
Jserver.
