  No problems here.  So all times MUST be in GMT.  That works for me.  I just 
wanted to ensure that the timezone data was there somewhere..

  Yep, I can agree with all of those..  I like the first example better, but I 
can understand why the second would be requested., to seperate out the data.  
Your correct in that maintaining a list of timezone's would be a pain in the 
arse.
