[JDEV] Question about licensing

Ow. I didn't recall this. Where in the GPL is this stated? I have a could
problems with this on the fact that many commerical programs use libc6.

Either way, I there is always the LGPL. (though I could have sworn the only
difference was DERIVITIVE code only.)
