What distribution of Red Hat you're installing makes no difference towards
the Jabber server, but rather to what applications/extra tech support you
receive from Red Hat.

In reality, if you have a good connection (56k+) to the internet, standard
is just fine and if there are ANY other packages (not likely) that you feel
you'll need, the many Red Hat mirrors and rpmfind.net will be more than
enough.
