[JDEV] BeOS Client

There is currently *not* a team for BeOS, so it'd be great if someone could
get started on one. :) I was hoping to get one started, but I'm tied up
right now with writing some of the lower-level libraries for client
interfaces to Jabber, so please feel free to get the ball rolling. :)
