[JDEV] 0.8.1 messages

You aren't the only one seeing this.  I'm trying to develop the Perl
modules and I'm getting the same thing.  I can only get messages that
are stored offline.  There is obviously some XML that has to be sent to
the server to tell it that you are online and can receive messages.  But
I don't know what it is.  Anyone?
