[JDEV] Web Based Jabber Client

Absolutely!  I have already had a few working prototypes that use the
common "buddy list" interface in a popup window using just HTML/Javascript
on the client side and a perl cgi script on the server side.

I've been working on updating that client for the 0.8 generation server
and for 1.0, and will create the project under the "web" team and update
the content/plans early next week.  I'd definitely like some involvement
with that project/team as soon as it gets moving, I have *lots* of plans
for web-based Jabber-ized applications and services >:)
