Yahoo got blocked, and if i remember correctly they used TOK (they were
blocked based on their client string).
AOL will not allow interoperability with a commercial product without some
financial negotiations first. The lack of this statement in the license for
the TOK docs, TiK, and TNT make me think that was the reason all three had
their pages pulled from the AOL website.
