[JDEV] Jabber on PHP

[temas]

If you are up to doing this, I would be more than happy to "consult" or give any
info, that I can.  If I don't know the answer, I'm sure jer does.  Using jnix
would be really easy to get this done, but then that gives you an outside
dependancy.  Just a though.
