[JDEV] Jabber on PHP

The PHP developers seem like great guys, and I'm sure they would love to see
a jabber module for php.  If someone wants to jump on this I'd say go for it
but for some of us to work on it might be a while longer as we're pushing hard
to work towards 1.0 of the core setup.
