<div dir="ltr">Yes it is, but you have to be online at the time to receive these.<div><br></div><div style>I suppose the biggest issue is that chat states and delivery receipts are not persisted on the server, so if you use multiple devices messages are not marked as delivered (or indeed read) globally.</div>
