fits what you want to do. I would first start talking to the<br>organization that the project involves, in your case Psi, and get a<br>feel for what would be involved with the project. You have some time<br>before the deadline so you can use that to get a feel for the group<br>
and the project.<br><br>Then start working on your proposal - this can be done by editing the<br>wiki to get the details down and then you can prepare your<br>application.<br><br>The hardest part is the part you've already started - introducing<br>
