[jdev] Announcing xmpp.work

Thank you Guus!


I should add, that currently the posted jobs skew heavily towards the 
USA, however there definitely are also XMPP jobs available in other 
parts of the world.

I'm hoping as more people start using the site that this will become 
better reflected.
