[jdev] XMPP integrations list

Hi folks,

This morning I created a new page on the wiki:
https://wiki.xmpp.org/web/Integrations

I often encounter various projects and platforms which support
multiple integrations, e.g. for notifications. Often they might
support IRC, or Slack, or whatever, but XMPP is missing.

The goal is to create a list of these integrations, especially those
that are not implemented yet, so that we can tackle them as a
community.

If you know or find a project that could be added, please do so. If
you're looking for a small project to work on over a weekend that is
XMPP-related, maybe pick something off the list!

Looking forward to seeing the list grow.
