[jdev] Anyone any recommendations for a production server? E.g. ejabberd, openfire., etc?

jabberd2 will handle it on mini instance easily.

As the current maintainer of the project, I prefer jabberd2 of course.
Contrary to popular belief, jabberd is not dead and is still kicking.
It's not as flashy as new kids on the block, but it still steadily
serves its purpose. Even got some new feature developers lately. :-)
It has a pretty good documentation Wiki [1].
And if I would to recommend some other server, I would definitely go
with Prosody.
